The report examines and compares aspects of health systems around the world. It also provides conceptual insights into the complex factors that explain how health systems perform, and offers practical advice on how to assess performance and achieve improvements with available resources. What is most surprising about the ranking is the economic components that assist in these two rankings. The United States has a gross domestic product of 18.57 trillion while in contrast, Germany has a one of 34.66.76 billion US currency. The findings overall show that the respondents rated their health systems positively. In all but five countries, more than half of the respondents reported feeling â€Å"very satisfied† or â€Å"fairly satisfied†. In terms of Germany, only five percent of respondents were very dissatisfied with healthcare service. This is very low number, even if only for this survey, because everyone in Germany is required to have health insurance. The Health Insurance Policy Improvement in 2007 required all citizens are required to have minimum insurance for outpatient and hospital medical treatments.
